Hi! I had so many technichal difficulties on this assignment! I video taped myself in my classroom (twice--once for 2 minutes, once just under a minute) and couldn't get Blogger to upload either video; either on my home computer or my classroom computer.
I just tried uploading a 5 second practice video I took of our pet turtle on Saturday (since I hadn't taped anything for a long time) and it worked. I guessed my video needed to be short.
So I just taped myself, for a few seconds. Sorry, it's not much. You might have liked my turtle better.

ReplyDeleteI just watched your video as well - yours and your turtle's - and they both are good! I videotaped myself using a cell phone(!), then e-mailed the video to myself, saved it to my computer and uploaded it as a new post on the Blogger page...How did you do it?

YEAH Eileen! Glad you got it to work. I really enjoy seeing everyone and your classmates will too. I have tons of problems with video at school in eneral which always makes my Movie Project with my students tons of fun!!!! Good job. :-)

Eileen, you did it! At first when I started recording myself I wasn't pressing the right recored button, so I was talking for ever and I was wondering when it would beep or something. Eventually I realized I had to manually press record on & off. So, anyway it's all a learning experience. We can all thank Prof Schmidt for adding some adventure to our lives lol...

Thanks to my tech savvy hubby he assisted me. I still have to post a blog about me now that he is finally home from lacrosse. PS-He wants to know how Brian is doing?

ReplyDeleteIs your turtle's name "Crispy"? That is so cute! Maybe I heard it wrong. Your video came out just fine. Guess this was a good thing for all of us to try. Now we know how to do it if we ever need to again and we can all put a face and personality with the blogs. Thanks for commenting on mine. Take care.
